Iron County Jail

So there is a really good website I like to visit.
It's the Inmate Bookings of the Iron County Sherriff Office.
I hadn't visited it for a while, but tonight I sure was pleased with what I found.
19 people booked.
It's sweet too because a bunch of personal information is listed about the lawbreakers; including their offense, when they were arrested, and their mug shots.
Tonight I was able to piece together my own version of a drug bust.
This guy, Ryan, grows marijuana out in New Harmony. I don't know how successful his business is, but he has at least three customers: Heather, Josh, and Tanara. At about 7:00 on Monday they all met up for a post-Thanksgiving smoke. Perfect timing too since they probably had leftover turkey to satisfy their munchies. Unfortunately, just as they were pulling out their pieces Officer T. Carter showed up and they all got hauled off to the slammer. Ryan was running the operation so he had some brutal charges and to make things worse he tried to give the cops false information. We'll never know if he was intentionally bluffing them or just too baked to remember the truth. Two days later he's still booked with bail posted at $6776.00. Ouch. Apparently the arrests were made pre-drug deal because the other three were only caught with paraphenelia as opposed to the actual drugs. Heather had someone, possibly a sugar daddy, pay her bail bond. The other two weren't so fortunate. Josh and Tanara live together, so who were they supposed to call when their roommate (lover?) was in the clink with them? All in all these fine folk had a rough Monday and I hope all of us pray for them to change their lifestyle in a way that will help them avoid jail the next time around.
