straight hair

Today I have 1 AWKWARD, 1 AWESOME, and 1 both AWKWARD and AWESOME experience to share.

First.

I'm walking to campus last night and I see this car in the parking lot that has been there for a couple days. I notice it every time I walk by because the car is super rad. It's not just the kind of car you can ignore. The day before when I had seen it I thought to myself, "I want to be friends with the driver of that car." I even devised a plan in my head as I walked away that if I saw that car again I would leave a note on the windshield giving them the option of friendship. If they respond then they are obviously the kind of person I want to be friends with. So last night, as I walked past, there was the car. I didn't want to let myself down, so I followed through and left the note.
It said: "Your car is rad. If you wanna be friends, hit me up. [insert phone number]"

Next.

I learned how to spin beats on the turn tables. Thank you Mitch (DJ Scribble Kix) for giving me some tips and tricks of a pro. I'm so glad he chose the turn tables as his musical instrument of choice in 7th grade. Here are a few videos I secretly captured of Scribble Kix himself in action:

Now. Last one.

Yesterday I rolled out of bed, headed straight to the kitchen for breakfast as usual. Ashley was there though, which wasn't usual. I loved it though. We had breakfast together, then i hopped in the shower. After I got out I was getting ready and I noticed her CHI straightener in the bathroom. Have I always wanted to test run one of those? Yes, yes I have. So I pop out to the kitchen where I left her to ask permission and she is nowhere to be found. I used it anyways. Then as soon as I finish my last strand of hair who knocks on the bathroom door? Oh, just Ashley. Turns out she was in her bedroom the whole time. At this point it was too late to ask permission and honestly I was in a bit of a panic about what to do. I concluded to unplug it, open the door, and hand her her toothpaste like nothing happened. CHING. And now I'm confessing it on the internet for her to hopefully read and then I can clear my guilty conscience.
