Asian Eating

I've been eating so well lately.
Meaning that I have frozen burritos for breakfast because I ran out of milk and usually a tuna fish sandwich for lunch and another one for dinner. YUM.
No wonder I eat out any chance I get.

My goal before the end of this semester was to eat at Sweet Basil, the local Thai restaurant.
Fun fact, I have already eaten there twice in the last month.
IT IS DELICIOUS.
Both times I had noodle dishes.
The first visit I went with  Pad Thai, a classic.
Not as good as the Pad Thai that I experienced in Bangkok, but good for Cedar City.
I love those little bean sprouts they put in it. Plus the fresh squeezed lime juice for a kick.

On my second visit I helped myself to some Pad-See-U.
Also, delicious. Super similar to Pad Thai, but with vegetables like broccoli mixed in.
I wish I had taken a picture of my food, but all I have is a picture of the experience.

Now for a more tender eating experience I had.
I had just finished my club meeting and I was going to walk home with a couple of my international friends.
I had a nice tuna fish sandwich waiting for me for dinner.
Then... my Korean friend, Park, offered to give me one of his meals at the school cafeteria so we could all have dinner together.
Wow, all you can eat buffet, free of charge, with my Asian friends.
YES PLEASE.
I ate to my heart's delight.

One final Asian eating experience I had.
CHINA KITCHEN
I got a huge thing of semi-decent Chinese food for $5.
Best part about the experience, it's inside a nearby gas station and shares tables with Subway customers.
Yeah, Cedar City has some great venues.
Who doesn't want to eat their rubbery chinese chicken next to a table full of construction workers slamming down a $5 meatball marinara footlong??
I may go back to China Kitchen someday.

In the meantime...
Does anybody have any favorite Asian restaurants to recommend to me??
Or maybe even a cook-like-an-Asian recipe...
