Hello again!!

It will be interesting to have the mission president change next month, I am curious to see how many rules and things he changes. And what his style will be for organizing the mission. I don't really know how many things are done because of the mission president or are done in every mission. We'll see what changes there are. This weekend was stake conference here in Mossoró and President and Sister Hall came and spoke. It was super good. The best part was that we had 4 investigators there, but the talks were all awesome too. I really love this stake. There are such good people. I am seriously amazed by the members here everyday and how much they want to serve and how dedicated they are to living the gospel and to sharing it. If every member was this way the whole world would be baptized by now. We received referrals like crazy the past couple weeks. The members are inviting everyone and their dog to hear the lessons from the missionaries. It's great. Seriously, members make all the difference.

I'm praying that this trial of patience will end and we can start fulfilling our purpose as missionaries and baptize people here in our area. We have some investigators with potential, but a lot depends on them, you know? Agency is a missionaries worst nightmare.

The photos I am sending are of some of our zone last week eating cake for Elder Cezar's birthday. Also, I tried chimarrão. It's a drink from the south of Brazil. One of the members here is from Rio Grand do Sul and he drinks it every morning. It tasted like plants, but wasn't horrible. Apparently it is really healthy so I can see why it would be worth it to drink habitually. I think after a while you get used to the taste.

This week was better than last, but still had its ups and downs. Sister Cabral is a dream come true. Seriously there is nobody I would rather have for my companion right now. We get along great and she helps me so much. I learn more from her than I could ever teach her. It is like she is training me. I really am so blessed, even though it's hard.

That's all for this week. Love you. Until next Monday. Thanks for the prayers.
Sister Udy
